It's priced by the size and complexity of your home — roofline length, number of peaks, height, and how many trees you want lit. Modest single-storey homes start at the lower end and large two- or three-storey homes and acreage estates cost more. We supply them. FestiveLights owns, installs, maintains and stores a set of premium commercial-grade LED lights custom-cut to your home. You never buy, replace or store lights yourself — and everything we use is rated for Alberta's −30 °C winters, not big-box strands that quit in the first cold snap.

Everything: the lights, professional installation, an automatic timer, season-long maintenance if anything fails, and takedown and storage in January. It's one flat seasonal price with no per-bulb or per-clip surprises.

No. We fasten lights with clips designed for shingles, gutters and fascia — never nails or staples. There are no holes and no damage to your roofline.

Yes. Takedown and storage are included with every install. We return on a scheduled date in the new year, remove every clip and strand, and store your custom set for next season. We also offer standalone removal if you hung your own lights this year.

As early as you can. Installs run from October through mid-December, and the calendar fills up by mid-November. Booking early gets you the best install date and ensures your home is glowing when you want it. Many homeowners reserve in September or October.

Both. Warm white is our most popular look because it's elegant and timeless, but we design intentionally — so if you want classic multi-colour, a specific palette, or accents on trees and walkways, we'll plan it to look deliberate and tasteful, never thrown-together.

Just text us. In-season maintenance is included — we come out and fix it at no extra charge so your display always looks its best.

Usually not. Once your design is approved, we can install while you're out and text you when it's done. For the first visit on larger or acreage properties we may want to walk the property with you to plan access.

Yes — FestiveLights is fully liability-insured and our crews are WCB-covered. Winter roofs are risky, and that risk is ours to carry, not yours.

Absolutely — they're a specialty. Three-storey peaks, long rooflines, tall evergreens and gated acreage approaches in Bearspaw and Springbank are exactly the kind of project we're equipped for.
