Why we quote instead of posting a flat price list
No two Calgary homes are the same. What determines your price
- Linear footage of roofline — the biggest factor. More eaves, gables and peaks means more lights and more time on the ladder.
- Home height & access — three-storey peaks, steep pitches and tricky access take longer and require more equipment than a single-storey ranch.
- Trees, shrubs & wraps — wrapped trunks and lit canopies are priced per tree by size; a row of tall spruces adds up faster than a couple of shrubs.
- Walkways, pillars & railings — pathway stakes, wrapped columns, garland and wreaths for that finished, welcoming entry.
- Design complexity — a clean warm-white roofline is the best value; multi-colour zones, layered displays and custom accents add to it.
For context: across Calgary, professional installs commonly start in the few-hundred-dollar range for a modest single-storey home and scale up from there with roofline length, height and trees.
